Three Ways We Work
Pool Decks — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
A pool deck has three jobs most builds get wrong: stay cool enough to walk on, grip when wet, and send water somewhere sensible. We set the base and the falls before anyone thinks about the surface, then choose a material that handles Florida sun without becoming a hotplate.
Repair
Pool decks crack and lift because of what is under them — a base that was never compacted, or water running the wrong way and washing it out. Re-laying the surface without fixing that buys a year. We correct the base and the drainage while the surface is up, so it does not come back.
Installation
Supply and install over a base we have prepared and drained: composite boards, pavers or a textured concrete finish, cut in around coping, steps and equipment, with the falls set so the water leaves rather than sits.

How It Works

We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
