Elevated boardwalks and walkways across wetland, sand and ground too soft or too uneven to build on — carried on piles that stay where they were driven, with a surface that is safe wet and railings that hold.

Three Ways We Work
Boardwalks — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
The whole problem with a boardwalk is that the ground will not hold anything, so it all comes down to the piles: driven to bearing rather than to a depth that looked reasonable. Get that right and the spans, the surface and the railings are straightforward.
Repair
Boardwalks are repaired a span at a time, which is good news — you rarely need to redo the whole run. We work along it, replace the stringers and decking that have gone, re-set or sister piles that have settled, and make the railings solid again.
Installation
Re-surfacing and fitting out a walkway whose structure is still sound: new decking, non-slip surfacing where it gets wet, cable or picket railing at the right height, and lighting so it is usable after dark.

How It Works
Free Estimate & Site Visit
We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
