Three Ways We Work
Pergolas — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
A pergola is mostly leverage: wind pushes on a wide flat top and the load ends up in the post bases. We size the posts, beams and footings for that rather than for the span, which is the difference between a pergola that stays square and one that racks out of shape in a couple of seasons.
Repair
Pergolas fail at the joints and at the ground. We re-square a frame that has racked, replace posts that have gone at the base, and swap corroded fixings for stainless — which is usually what should have been there from the start in this climate.
Installation
Adding a pergola to a deck or patio you already have: posts anchored into the existing structure or new footings as needed, then the top you want — fixed slats, adjustable louvres to tune the light through the day, or tensioned shade cloth — plus lighting and fans.

How It Works

We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
