Docks

Built around how you use the water

  • New Construction
  • Repair
  • Installation

Residential docks engineered for your shoreline, your water depth and the way you actually get on the water — fishing, swimming, a pontoon, or all three. Piles driven to load-bearing depth, marine-grade framing, and a surface that stays walkable barefoot in August.

Three Ways We Work

Docks — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.

New Construction

A dock is only as good as the piles under it. We read the bottom before we design, drive to depth rather than to a standard number, and shape the layout around how you actually use the water — where the boat sits, where you swim, which way the wind pushes. Permits included.

Repair

Docks usually fail in one of three places: the piles settle, the stringers rot where they sit wet, or the decking lets go. Each has a different fix and none of them automatically means a new dock. We find which it is, price that, and keep the rest of the structure you already have.

Installation

A sound but bare dock becomes a much better one with the right fittings. We install composite decking, railings, ladders and bumpers, run power and water out along the frame, and add lighting so the walk back at night is not a guess.

How It Works

1

Free Estimate & Site Visit

We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.

2

3D Design

You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.

3

Permitting

We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.

4

Build & Walkthrough

Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
