Marine Specialists, Not Generalists
This is all we do. Water is a different problem from dry land — piles, corrosion, changing levels, wave energy — and a builder who does the occasional dock learns that at your expense.
See It Before It Exists
You get a 3D design of the structure against your own shoreline. Changes are cheap at that stage and expensive once piles are in the ground, so that is where we make them.
We Handle the Permits
Marine work here can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps. We deal with all of it rather than handing you a stack of forms.
Marine-Grade Materials
Composite decking, stainless and hot-dip fixings, and piling rated for what it is actually holding. The cheap version of each of these fails first, and always underwater where you can't see it.
