Three Ways We Work
Decking — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
A deck is decided underneath, not on top. We size and set the footings for your soil, frame it to carry real furniture and real people, flash it properly where it meets the house, and then lay the decking you chose — Trex, WearDeck, pressure-treated or marine-grade — so the surface stays flat and the framing stays sound in year ten.
Repair
Most decks that feel unsafe do not need replacing. We pull the surface where we have to, find what has actually failed — usually joist ends, the ledger connection to the house, or footings that have moved — and replace that. Keeping sound framing is cheaper for you and better for the deck.
Installation
If the structure underneath is good, you do not need a new deck — you need a new surface. We install Trex, WearDeck, pressure-treated or composite decking with hidden fasteners, fit cable or aluminium railing, add stairs and lighting, and leave the frame you already paid for doing its job.

How It Works
Free Estimate & Site Visit
We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
