Three Ways We Work
Commercial Piers — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
Commercial work is residential work with the tolerances tightened and the paperwork attached: engineered drawings, rated loads, documented materials, and inspections at each stage rather than at the end. Heavier framing, and access managed throughout.
Repair
We survey, report on what needs doing and in what order, and then work in sections so public access is maintained or safely diverted. Piles, bracing, bearers and decking, with the rated capacity restored rather than assumed.
Installation
Fitting out to commercial specification: handrails at code height, safety ladders and life-ring stations, lighting for after-dark use, utilities run and protected, and the signage the structure is required to carry.

How It Works
Free Estimate & Site Visit
We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
