Three Ways We Work

Boat Lift Systems — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.

New Construction

A lift is only rated if the structure holding it is. We work out the actual wet weight — boat, fuel, water, gear — then engineer the piles, beams and cradle for that, rather than bolting a rated lift onto a frame nobody checked.

Repair

Lifts fail progressively and noisily before they fail suddenly. We replace cables, sheaves, motors and switches, re-set bunks to sit the hull properly, and check the frame for the misalignment that chewed through the cable in the first place — otherwise the new one goes the same way.

Installation

Supply and install onto a sound existing dock: lift set and aligned, cradle or bunks adjusted to your hull, wiring run to code in a marine environment, and a load test with your boat on it before we hand it over.

How It Works

1

Free Estimate & Site Visit

We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.

2

3D Design

You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.

3

Permitting

We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.

4

Build & Walkthrough

Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
