Three Ways We Work
Gazebos — as new construction, as a repair, or as an installation on what you already have.
New Construction
The two things that decide whether a gazebo is still there in twenty years are the connections and the footings, and they are the two things a kit skimps on. We engineer both for real wind loads, then spend the rest of the budget where you will actually see it — the roof and the ceiling.
Repair
A gazebo that has started to lean or sag is usually telling you about one post or one footing, not about itself. We jack, support and replace the failed element, upgrade the hardware to stainless while it is open, and leave the structure you liked in the first place standing.
Installation
Fitting out a frame — new or existing — into something you use: metal or shingle roofing, insect screening, a finished ceiling with fans, lighting and power run properly, and railings that match the rest of your dock or deck.

How It Works
Free Estimate & Site Visit
We come out, look at the shoreline, water depth and access, and talk through how you actually use the water. The estimate is free and it is based on what we saw, not a phone guess.
3D Design
You see the structure before it exists — layout, levels, materials and how it sits against your bank. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive later, so this is where we make them.
Permitting
We handle the permits. Marine work in Central Florida can involve the county, the water management district and sometimes the Army Corps, and we deal with all of it rather than handing you a form.
Build & Walkthrough
Marine-grade materials, properly engineered footings and piles, and a walkthrough at the end. Anything not right, we put right before we call it finished.
